After graduating from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business over 30 years ago, Susan followed her passion into the real estate industry, embracing it with enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong blend of business acumen and work ethic. Looking back, she knows it’s exactly where she was meant to be.
Susan launched her career with the national homebuilder, Pulte Homes, laying the foundation for her vast knowledge of the industry. After years of top performance in sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction, she began training and mentoring her peers. She eventually rose to Vice President of Sales, leading a team of 45 salespeople to record-breaking success in Michigan and helping spread their customer-focused approach nationwide.
When raising her young children, Susan transitioned to consulting for new construction builders while expanding into general real estate. She found great satisfaction in helping her clients find the right home for their next chapter, as well as selling their existing ones. Her kind and caring nature shines through in every interaction. She listens closely to understand each client’s needs, helping them prioritize what matters most in their home-buying journey. This allows her to guide them on a strategic, well-coordinated search with great success. When listing homes, she applies the same focused approach—tailoring her plan to meet her clients' unique needs, presenting properties in the best possible light, and optimizing the end result. From start to finish, Susan's patience and perseverance are evident as she guides her clients through every step of the process.
Beyond her passion for real estate, Susan cherishes time with family, cheering on her kids at their high school and college sports games, and enjoying long walks with her husband, friends, or her dog, Pickles. In quieter moments, she loves to unwind with a warm beverage, a cozy blanket, and a can’t-put-it-down book.
